Broke my fast.
I decided to keep my first prolonged fast short, so this one was 43 hours. Currently sipping on bone broth with MCT oil. I'm planning on having a proper meal in a few hours.
I'm excited though. Once I'm fully fat adapted, I'm going to do even longer fasts, 3 or 4 days at first then maybe even a week, who knows.
Also, shrovetide is coming, and at least in Finland it's common for Christians to fast between that and Easter (more like give up meat and dairy, but some do liquid fasts) so I can use that as excuse.
