Is there a practical reason married players put tape on their ring finger? It’s not like they taped up the ring under it.
It’s such a weird thing for players as they ar pushing for equality and it seems like an action for either their husbands ego or for this idea that they need to be known as a married woman at all times. Which men’s pIayers do this? I see women fading out this concept more and more, which is great but horan has her finger wrapped for an engagement and that blew my mind!
I assume some do this out of habit of what they have seen growing up but seems like a weird thing not to question.
Are there any former or rec players here that do this?
