Meditation with a glass teapot.

I preferred to focus on the shadows and observe these "fluid" forms. Although my hands violated the proportions, I'm still impressed that I was able to do this without any measurements or guidelines, drawing by eye.

A fun experiment in intuitive drawing.

I'm right-handed, but the second piece was done with my left hand. Compared to the first doodle, the left hand lines are not as smooth.

However the pattern with the green circles really surprised me… I mean, they are so r o u n d.

It turns out that amateur drawings don't necessarily have to be beautiful or accurate. The most important roles of visual journaling are to express your feelings, connect you to the moment, and teach you to appreciate simple things.

These sketches were really fast. I like how the bold lines show my anger, and the unsteady thin pen associates anxiety.

this is my yucca, i call it marcelina (there is no story; just love the name so much). it's very old but can give a hope to everybody, because from time to time i find a couple of new leaves growing desperately and stubbornly from the branches. it just doesn't give up. be like yucca
