Here is “take one” of the leg cutting scene. The director called cut because of the paper. He wanted the paper to remain on the table with the leg on it once unwrapped.

So you’re telling me that they canonically tied this man up with ropes three individual times (and with a collar, no less!) not to mind allllll of the various handcuffs, masks, straight jackets, etc. that we also saw him in, and yet I still struggle to find a decent Hannibal-in-bondage fic where Will just ties him up and then rides him like a horse???

This scene lives in my head rent free.

The way Will goes from imagining himself gutting Nicholas Boyle to Abigail gutting him.

I find it fascinating how he perceives Abigail when Nicholas turns into her. In Will's head Abigail then looks him in the eye so coldly that it takes a moment for her to panic, when in reality she was terrified the whole time during Nicholas' attack and while gutting him.

It's as if Will allowed himself to acknowledge/think about Abigail's darkness for the first time and yet wanted her to stay as pure as possible.
