diet break to take a fucking breath. considering not tracking until after I take my lsats, i’m not sure what would make me more focused.
my favorite unhealthy but “not that bad” meal that I will be repeating.
lettuce, ken’s salad dressing, organic chicken tenders, and cheap tartar sauce <3 god I love salad with just some dressing. I think i’m going to start just eating plain salads again instead of mixing in protein.
it is important that I keep the promises i’ve made myself even when it’s physically + mentally uncomfortable
you will struggle to say the unsayable thing for five years straight. and then it will suddenly become easy on a Wednesday morning
some of my favorite meals lately:
I never (well, try not to) talk about weight loss with the people in my life. And so I thought that blogging about it may be a good way to remind me that i’m not alone in this and that the things that I’m facing are things other people have faced and have gotten through. plus, it might even help me get used to the changes that comes with losing weight instead of holding it in all the time.
inlove with these press ons, I’m officially a convert.
i‘m glad i‘m not an addict anymore
updates: the first dress was sooooo conservative and didn’t feel right. I think this dress feels much more like me: feminine, modern, minimal. It’s been a while since I felt feminine and this feels like getting to know myself again. We’ll see.
very excited for my dear friend’s bridal shower. I don’t usually dress so girly but I’m looking forward to trying it out.
