I don’t exaclty know how I managed to lose 3 out of 5 screws from my chainrings of my #roadbike. Lesson learned: if you hear noises in your system it might be a good idea to slow down and check what’s happening, rather than turning up the music and ignoring the problem. #fixtheproblem #slowdown #slowlife #focus
Imagine that you can't see anything. Imagine walking in an unknown place. Imagine eating food which you don't see. Imagine trusting others while you shop. Eating dinner in complete darkness for us with Daniela was a one-time event which was both humbling and amazing, Not seeing at all or only partially for some people is a constant reality. I’ve got this beautiful quill from Daniela and it immediately impressed me. It’s from Italy. It reminds me of a time just fifty years ago when written letters or postcards meant the only connection to family members hundreds or thousands kilometers away.
