Arceus VSTAR [Brilliant Star] Deck
Arceus VSTAR has good toughness with 280 HP. Personally, I prefer 2 Prize Pokemon [Pokemon VSTAR] with 280 HP over 3 Prize Pokemon [Pokemon VMAX] with 300+ HP. Most of the time, your opponent's Pokemon need to 2HKO either Pokemon VSTAR or Pokemon VMAX and it is better to play Pokemon VSTAR since your opponent only take 2 Prize Cards when your Pokemon VSTAR is knocked out. As expected from Colorless Pokemon, Arceus VSTAR has Fighting Weakness.
Arceus VSTAR attack, Trinity Nova is very similar to Arceus & Dialga & Palkia GX attack Unity Ray. For 3 Colorless Energy, Trinity Nova does 200 damage and let you attach 3 Basic Energy cards from your deck to your Pokemon V in anyway you like. The problem with Trinity Nova is that this attack damage can't OHKO your opponent's Basic Pokemon V. So, you will need the help of another Pokemon V with high damage in your deck. You can also use Trinity Nova to accelerate Energy for your other attackers in your deck.
Arceus VSTAR Power, Star Birth is an Ability Type which means you can use it without any Energy. Star Birth is the game changing Ability since this Ability let your find up to 2 cards from your deck. And, your turn won't end after using this Ability. You can win the game if you use it at the right card. For instance, when you are only left with 2 Prize cards, you can use this Ability to search Boss's Order from your deck and then use it to swap 1 of their Benched Pokemon V with 200 or less HP. Then, knock it out with Trinity Nova and win the game. Note that, you are only allowed to use 1 Starbirth for the entire game so use it wisely.
In terns of Energy Acceleration, Arceus V is even better that its evolution, Arceus VSTAR. Arceus V first attack, Trinity Charge let you attach 3 basic Energy from your deck to your Pokemon V in any way you like. And, you only need 2 Colorless Energy to use that attack. The other attack, Power Edge is pure damage without any effect. This attack required 3 Colorless Energy to use

Charizard VSTAR Deck [Brilliant Star]
Charizard Cards are always famous for their huge damage and Charizard VSTAR is no exception. Charizard VSTAR has 280 HP which is lower than Pokemon VMAX HP. There is also a benefit of having lower HP as your opponent can only takes 2 Prize Cards when your Pokemon VSTAR is knocked out. In addition, most of the Pokemon V don't have 280 or higher damage so these Pokemon still need to 2HKO Charizard VSTAR. In a way, VSTAR Pokemon are better than Pokemon VMAX when comes to losing Prize Cards.
Charizard VSTAR main attack Explosive Fire needs 3 Energy [2 Fire and 1 Colorless] to use and has 130 base damage. This damage can be increased to 230 damage if Charizard VSTAR has at least 1 damage counter. The good thing is about this attack is that you don't have to recharge like Gengar VMAX G-MAX Swallow Up or Boltund VMAX Max Bolt after using it You can use this attack every turn until our Charizard VSTAR is knocked out. Also, 230 damage can OHKO most of the Basic Pokemon V.
Charizard VSTAR Power is attack type which mean you need to attach required Energy to use it. Its VSTAR Power, Star Blaze needs 4 Energy [3 Fire Energy and 1 Energy] to use and has 320 damage. But, you need to discard 2 Energy from it after using Star Blaze. This attack is meant to OHKO your opponent's Pokemon VMAX since they have around 320 HP. By the way, you are only allowed to use 1 VSTAR Power for the whole game.
The new Basic Charizard V has decent attacks. Its first attack, Incinerate has 90 damage and let you discard all Pokemon Tools from your opponent's Active Pokemon before doing any damage and 3 Energy is required to use this attack. So, your opponent's Active Pokemon Pokemon Tools won't have any effect Incinerate damage. The other attack, Heat Blast has pure 180 damage with no effect and you need 4 Energy [3 Fire Energy and 1 Colorless Energy ] to use this attack.

Morpeko V-UNION Deck
Morpeko V-UNION is a great V-UNION Pokemon with a potential to OHKO any Pokemon VMAX. Its HP [310] is rather on the low end among Pokemon V and it has no Resistance so it is not very tough. As expected from LIghtning Pokemon, Morpeko V-UNION has Fighting Weakness. Also, Morpeko V-UNION is not very fast Pokemon as you need 2 Energy to retreat it.
Burst Wheel has the highest damage among Morpeko V-UNION attacks and it is the best attack. This attack does 100 damage for each Energy you discarded from Morpeko V-UNION and you need 3 Energy [1 Lightning and 2 Colorless Energy] to use it Depending on your opponent's Active Pokemon HP, you can discard 4, 3 or 2 Energy from it to deal 400 damage, 300 damage or 200 damage and OHKO your opponent's Active Pokemon. But, you need to re-attach Energy to Morpeko V-UNION to use Burst Wheel again.
On the other hand, if your opponent Active Pokemon HP is less than or equal to 160, you can simply use Morpeko V-UNION attack Lightning Ball to deal 160 damage and OHKO it. Lightning Ball also requires the same number of Energy as Burst Wheel.
Like other Pokemon V-UNION, Morpeko V-UNION first attack is Union Gain which requires 1 Colorless Energy to use and let you attach 2 Lightning Energy from your discard pile to Morpeko V-UNON. The second attack, All You Can Eat can be used to draw cards until you have 10 cards in your hand and the attack requires 2 Colorless Energy to use. You won't be using these two attacks most of the time as this deck will focus mainly on Burst Wheel.

Flygon Deck
Flygon can be built in a similar way as Leafeon VMAX. This is because both of their first attack has same effect. Flygon first attack, Desert Pillar requires only 1 Fighting Energy and does 50 damage for each Energy in your opponent's Active Pokemon Retreat Cost. In a way, Dessert Pillar is improved version of Leafeon VMAX attack, Grass Knock which requires 2 Energy to use. Usually, you can expect 100 damage from Dessert Pillar as most of the Pokemon have 2 Energy in Retreat Cost.
Flygon second attack, Blast WInd needs 2 Energy [1 Fighting Energy and 1 Colorless Energy] and has 110 damage. You won't be using this attack most of the time and you will only use this attack if your opponent's Pokemon has zero Retreat Cost.
In terms of toughness HP, it has decent HP of 150 for Single Prize Pokemon. Still, most of the Pokemon V can easily OHKO it. However, Flygon is , without a doubt , a great Single Prize Pokemon as you don't need to accelerate Energy for it and it has quite powerful damage.

Mimikyu VMAX Deck
Mimikyu VMAX has lowest HP [300] among VMAX Pokemon. Although its HP is low, it has -30 damage resistance against Fighting Pokemon. Because it has Fighting Resistance and most of the Fight Pokemon has Psychic Weakness, there is no doubt that Mimikyu VMAX is great Pokemon to counter against Fighting Pokemon. Another great thing about Mimikyu VMAX is that it has fewer Retreat Cost than Mimikyu V.
Its first attack, Occult Number let you spread 4 damage counters on your opponent's Pokemon in any way you like for 2 Colorless Energy. This attack can be enhanced by using Acerola's Intuition before you use Occult Number. Doing so, you will be able to able to put 13 damage counters on your opponent's Pokemon Instead. Even though 13 damage counter can't 2HKO Pokemon VMAX, you can still use it to OHKO popular SIngle Prize Pokemon like Drizzile and Octillery etc. or knock out low HP Pokemon.
By the way, the new Supporter Acerola's Intuition let you draw a card for each Trainer you find from your opponent's hand. So, you will be using Acerola's Intuition as one of your main Draw Supporters in this deck.
The other attack of Mimikyu VMAX, Max Shadow requires 2 Psychic Energy and does 120 damage. In addition, this attack let you discard a random card from your opponent's hand. Using this effect, you can disrupt your opponent's hand especially when your opponent has very few cards left in their hand. The fewer cards your opponent left in their hand, the longer turn they need to set up their strategy
When you play Mimikyu V from your hand and put it onto your Bench, its Ability Dummy Doll prevent any damage done to it from your opponent's Pokemon attacks until the end of your opponent's next turn. Because of this Ability, you can evolve it into Mimikyu VMAX with full HP during your next turn.

Entei V Deck
Entei V is going to be very popular when it will be released in English Version. In fact, Entei V is the Fire Version of popular Pokemon Suicune V as they both have same Ability and attack. The main difference is that Entei V [230 HP] has higher HP than Suicune V [210 HP]. Due to its higher HP, Entei V needs 1 more Energy than Suicune V to retreat.
Entei V Ability Fleet-Footed let you draw a card if this Pokemon is in the Active Spot. You will be able to use this Ability to draw extra card almost every turn since Entei V is the main attacker in this deck.
Entei V only attack, Burning Rodo requires 2 Energy [1 Fire Energy & 1 Colorless Energy] and has 20 base damage and does 20 damage for each Benched Pokemon of yours and your opponent's. Since both you and your opponent can put up to 5 Pokemon in respective Bench, Burning Rodo has max damage of 220. 220 damage for 2 Energy is very good deal.

I'm just curious since I was looking at your page just these v Union cards have to be put together before you use them like a Yu-Gi-Oh deck?
You need to discard 4 pieces of Pokemon V-UNION in yor discard pile. Then, combine the 4 pieces as a single Pokemon from your discard pile and put it on your Bench to play.
Heres the sample article about Zacian V-UNION:
