Notice how conservative trad women have precisely the same relationship to their sexuality as sex workers/prostitutes. They both conceive of women’s sexuality as a means to an end and forced sex is thought of as permissible to access necessities/resources. Wether there’s a ring on your finger or it’s money on the nightstand, sex is a job.
They like to position conservatism and pro sex work as “opposite” politically but it’s literally an identical patriarchal mindset just manifesting itself in the different ways.
In either scenario, women’s sexuality is not part of their humanity to be enjoyed based on their own authentic desire. But a resource men are entitled to access either with physical force, with money or with marriage. It is rape culture. They are about naturalizing rape. And ideally men would like if YOU feel the need to force yourself into sex so they don’t have to exert effort forcing you.
She’s being ratio’d but she shouldn’t be criticized by the “sex work is work” crowd bc she’s a sex worker herself.
Both libfems and conservatives can’t conceive of a world where women fuck because they’re horny not because they need food on the table or a roof over their head. Yet radfems are the ones they try to say are trad aligned? Make it make sense.
