Goodbye, for now
In all honesty, I can't see us moving forward with this blog unless one of two things happen.
1) The tumblr PTX fandom actually comes back alive
I believe the tumblr fandom died because Scomiche died. Scott and Mitch got boyfriends, so Scomiche fans bailed. It didn't help that Superfruit stopped making content as well.
2) If PTX actually create new original music.
I don't know about anyone else, but I'm tired of being jerked around by Pentatonix. I want original music that they are passionate about, not cover after cover that they clearly have no heart in. I miss being excited and loving everything PTX put out. I'm sick of shelling out money being a patreon for their uninspired music videos and not getting their promised patreon rewards. It's hard to love them when I personally feel like they are only in it for a paycheck.
I still LOVE and support Pentatonix, don't get me wrong. Their past two covers have been phenomenal because they are so talented. However, being good just isn't enough.
Sorry to be so harsh, and you can disagree, but until then, you can consider this the end of this blog. We are very grateful for all the followers and support we've had. There have been some awesome moments. Thank you all for everything.
thank u, next
What Christmas Means To Me - Pentatonix
Hallelujah has officially reached over 400 million views.
Daft Punk is less than 1 million views away from reaching 300 million and Mary, Did You Know? is less than 2 million away from reaching 200 million views.
Milestones!

Merry Christmas Kate! @kap84
We love you so much! You’re an amazing friend and an amazing addition to this blog! Thank you for all that you do!
Pentatonix performing on The Talk
“Hallelujah” is a video I could see getting over 100 million views easily and I’m really hoping that it does just that.
And now it has almost 400 million.
concept: a Pentatonix Christmas special [on network television].
(since they have about 100 Christmas songs by now)
And now they have three.
PTX performing “Sweater Weather” The Today show
PTX performing “It’s Beginning to Look a Lot Like Christmas” The Today show
Pentatonix performing “Here Comes Santa Claus” Christmas in Rockefeller Center
unpopular opinion? but PTX’s drop the mic was better than lip sync battle
Pentatonix + outdoor Christmas music videos
Not to get anyone’s hopes up or anything, and we’re not even sure if they’ve been submitted as contenders for any category, but the Grammy nominations will be announced today at 8:30 am ET.
