This Tahoe has been parking like this all week.  These spaces are barely big enough for compact cars, and this asshole things s/he should be able to take two.  Bonus: pickup truck next to it is also over the line.

Literally left his M4 on a No Parking Zone.. blocked the pedestrian lane and worst part is he blocked the ramp for handicap pedestrians.
