Hi Again

Hey guys, so obv I’ve been mia, there wasn’t any particular reason, but I’m doing good. I think I was just overwhelmed with life in general ? anyways

I haven’t been active on discord either so hi @harrybuts I still love you!

So I’m not sure about starting up again, it would be a whole new legacy and who knows if anyone wants to see that. I like making the stories but as can be seen by my many different legacies I’m not good at sticking to them.

For now, I think I want to just share sims and builds, maybe get back into the storytelling at some point, but yeah I think I’ll just share things I make and give sims stories.

Probably going to do a rebrand if I do start up again :)

Darryl didn’t have much to do after finishing work and taking Ollie to the vet, so they surprised Charlotte with pizza and a cat!

There was one dog that would not stop puking; TWO vets had to come out and work on cleaning it all up.

Ollie turned out to be ok, just down with a small infection. She was not a fan of the injection she got, but it was necessary!

It was good that they left work early that day, when Darryl got home Ollie was pretty sick. Charlotte said to go to the big vet clinic, it was clear that she was swamped, but she brushed that off, saying it was important to “scope out the competition.”

Sometimes things go bump in the night, but Darryl can definitely recognize the sound of the apartment door opening.

They woke up to see Charlotte being ‘mesmerized’ by some strange guy. Luckily just a shout was enough to scare him off. Darryl was definitely going to file a police report about a break in.

Charlotte fell right back asleep when Darryl guided her to bed, and when she woke up that morning she seemed to be doing fine. Strange bite marks on her neck though.

They had left a message to their boss saying that they might be taking the day off to look after Charlotte, but seeing as she insisted she was fine, and seemed to not recall last night, Darryl called back and just said that they’d be leaving early.

Ollie ate some bad food, so Darryl was stuck cleaning it up. To be fair, they didn’t want to be in an apartment that smelled like cat vomit, and Charlotte was already dealing with plenty of... fluids... from the animals at the clinic!

From one animal to another, Charlotte was busy the entire day. Every pet entered with a different illness, but all of them left with a cure and a loving pat.

Veterinary work is difficult, but someone has to do it, you know?

Darryl hung out with Ollie for a while, Charlotte got back home late from the clinic, so they both decided to get pizza and have an early night.

D: How’s the clinic goin?

C: good, had a dece amount of patients!

D: Awesome. Work’s good for me too, the company is a nice place, I like my coworkers.

C: no dwight schrutes?

D: Nope! Although the boss is called Scott Mitchell, which is kinda close

C: i guess lol. probably be home a bit later than expected, someone just came in :/

D: Love youu!

It took a while for the first patient to arrive, understandable really, seeing as she was running a brand new clinic. Her guess was that mainly locals would come by first, especially seeing as small clinics tend to have more personal interactions. Even when she expands the clinic to hire more people Charlotte really wants to keep the small business vibe.

They both procrastinated leaving the house as long as possible. Darryl didn’t know what the environment at the new job would be like, and Carolina was really nervous for her first day working alone at a clinic.

Karaoke after drinks was... interesting to say the least. After one too many poorly sung country songs and sloppy kisses they both agreed it was time to head home.

Sorry if the story is a bit jumpy?? I haven’t written anything in a little while so, bear with me please <3

They spent the night in. Originally they were going to go out for dinner and karaoke, seeing as there was a karaoke bar right next to their building, but both agreed the couch was far too comfortable, and Ollie would be far too stressed out left alone right after the move.

Tomorrow night instead.
