neither sayaka nor leon were blameless, yet so many people defend leon more? she’s a TEENAGED girl who spent her entire life achieving her dream. do you really think she’d be fine knowing that monokuma could’ve taken it all away, and having no way to find out except killing? remember; she barely knew (or remembered) leon, compared to the idol group she had known for a long time. it makes sense that sayaka would be willing to sacrifice him for the sake of her entire life, her future, her dream, her career, her friends. and of course: to the leon defenders, i’m not saying leon was totally in the wrong—yes, sayaka tried to kill him—but when she “locked” herself in the bathroom, he could’ve left her there with a broken wrist and told everyone the next day. he PURPOSELY went to his room, grabbed the tools from his toolbox, and unscrewed the knob. i understand that emotions may have been running high, or adrenaline, but you could make the same argument for sayaka. honestly, i love both characters, and i dont understand why people’s opinions on them are so heavily skewed.

DaveKat idea:

DaveKat as side characters in twilight. It starts out as a will they won’t they thing. Then they get together.

They’re just two dudes making out whilst twilight happens around them. They see all the twilight bullshit, and they comment on it too.

Kanaya is also there with Rose because she’s a vampire, but thinks human vampires are chumps. But her and rose are side characters in this story.

Jade is friends with the werewolves because she’s part dog. But she thinks they take their shit with the vampires too seriously.

And at the end everyone hates Jacob’s imprinting on Bella’s daughter.

Idk if you’d want any other homestuck characters as side characters. But if Roxy is there, she better be cool. I’d make Rose and Dave twins, and Roxy (and Dirk if you want Dirk as a side character) would be the older sibling(s).

We are living the first days of Ramadan in Gaza.

While many families around the world are gathering for iftar with full tables and safety, this is our reality.

Here, hunger is not just part of fasting. It is daily life.

We fast from dawn until sunset, but the hardest part is not knowing if there will be anything to break it with.

My family wants to observe Ramadan like Muslim families everywhere. I wish I could comfort them by saying that a warm meal is waiting at sunset, like every fasting person deserves.

My father’s health is getting worse. He urgently needs medical care and proper nutrition.

Watching him grow weaker while we struggle to provide even basic food is heartbreaking.
