I thought it suit you quite well. What a great best friend I am ^_^, now you can look down and see what I see (not to be taken rudely in the slightest), when I think of you. YOU’RE AWESOME!
Years later...still one of my favourite t-shirts and I wear it all the time! <3

Playing "Sale Bingo"
There's a little game of chance that I play often, one that I believe most women out there like to play. I like to call it Sale Bingo, or The Waiting Game. The objective of the game is to save money. Who does't like that? And the rules are simple: you wait.
Picture this: you're at the mall looking at shoes when you see the most beautiful pair of heels you've ever seen. You glance at the price tag and nearly faint; it's much to expensive to take home today. Initiate The Waiting Game! You keep your eyes on those shoes, checking that store frequently and scanning the website, waiting for those shoes to go on sale. One day you notice that they're reduced 20%. What do you do? Do you cash in your chips and buy the shoes, or will you take another chance and see if it gets reduced even further? That's where the challenge comes in!
Everyone's played this game before. Sometimes you win and you get that amazing thing you wanted for 75% off, and sometimes you lose and the item is sold out before even going on sale. The key to the game is knowing where and what. Where are you shopping and what are you buying? These questions are the key to success when playing Sale Bingo.
If I'm shopping at, say, Forever 21 and I see something I love, I know to pick it up and buy it then and there - or I'll never see it again. If I see a great pair of shoes at Aldo, I know I have a good long time before it's too late. The type of store and the type of thing you're buying play a huge role in deciding whether or not you'll wait for it.
I recently became a champion of the Waiting Game with a pair of leopard print flats from Aldo. Originally $70 I waited until they went on sale for $50. Then I decided to wait a little more and they went on clearance for $25 soon after, so I snatched them up. I had to order them from another store because they did't have my size. The longest I've waited for something to go on sale is one year! A pair of boots I wanted which were $140 and I got them for $50.
We'd love to hear your stories! What's the longest you've waited for something to go on sale? And what was your latest success in sale shopping?
