I just… there is only one eventual conclusion for hangman that I can really see, and that’s a slow burn to him and max becoming friends and max letting him out of the stipulation to defeat a greater evil. And I hope it takes literal years to pay off. I hope they don’t even tease it for ages and then set it on an agonisingly stupidly slow simmer until you can’t get away from the smell of it and everybody in the place is gathered around it begging. I hope they edge the shit out of us.

And, you know, I've seen finches. I've seen monarchs that never came to my yard before. And I've found something beautifully therapeutic about planting a seed.  You know, to put a seed into the soil, to take care of it, and watch with time as it becomes something beautiful.
