I always thought Noodles and Beef was weird… but harmless. I even thought his command of character, and the bizarre worship he got from some guys, was fascinating… not something I’d want to emulate… but fascinating. And the men he attracted… goddamn. Tank, as I knew him was very hot. Of course it is Jack now.

I was also wary of the Bear Papparazi-attracting status Dylan held. I knew a lot of the folks heaping the microscope in his crews direction, and it was entertaining and sometimes concerning. Being LGBTQ+ often makes you prone to adoptining higher risks, and they were all adults.

I even played nice with Dylan online. It was always cordial and we didn’t talk or exchange info. I’ll admit I was hedging my bets Incase I got a chance to play with them. Hey! We are all adults. Yea, things seem crazy, but no one is going anywhere? I mean in this community… right?

The last reason we ever expect to not get-to-know someone, is because they’re gone.

Remember, our bodies can only take so much. Also remember, the hearts of those around you can only take so much. What happened to Jack was terrible… and criminal. It’s a stain on our community.

I’ve gotten a few asks on this already - so I’ll address some now, my trajectory of new found exploration is nothing like that level of body modification, discipline, and social domination. God no. I’m too lazy, I’m too impatient, and I always love my body - in all tenses.

I encourage everyone to do the same, and make your choices with an eye on the those who love you.
