Unlike quantum mechanics, feminism is a field where the theory is available in natural language, without a need to know a bunch of math notation to understand what's going on. You can just pick up the text and read the words in order to find out what they're communicating.

You should also know that pretty much every disabled person who wears diapers or incontinence pads gets groped by TSA every single time we fly. They see my pad and assume I've got explosives in my underwear rather than realize that millions of people have some level of incontinence. They don't care. Please always assume that when disability advocates are talking about disability we are explicitly including the elderly. They are still disabled and are still using them due to disability! They're not a separate category of people! Whether your disability is due to birth/genetics, accident, or age, it is still a disability!
