I think you can write good (I mean good as well-characterized, compelling, erotic, grammatically correct) feedism fic without being familiar with feedism. I would find a few examples of well-written fics that you like, go to the author's page, and read their bookmarks. Read the bookmarks of the people who have commented (positively) on their works. That's kind of a diy algorithm. There's also tutorials out there to get the most out of your additional tag filtering.
