Can I draw fan art, fan comics or write fanfiction for Deathsitter (Of course with credit and a link to the comic). I have been following it sense the beginning and I sometimes get bursts of obsessions when it comes to it that makes me wanna creat my own stories or art set in the universe. It is so unique and creative and I really really love the lore of the reapers and that they are made from flowers! Your art has made me want to draw with watercolours again too and experiment with mixed media!

What website or app do you use to draw ?

For my digital stuff, I use Clip Studio primarily, thought GIMP I use if I want some specific color shifts clip cant preform, and I've played around in rebelle (but not enough to claim it as part of my process at this point).

Otherwise, I primarily work traditionally these days, acrylic, gouache ect ect

Lemme respond, thank you, from 2024, I really appreciate it, and that's such a nice thing to say. I hope the changing styles of the comic hasn't dissuaded you too much from enjoying it, but if it was enjoyable in 2018 as well to people then I really hope that's a sign I was doing things right (or right enough).

How do you balance your work and comic?

My comic is the bulk of my work nowadays, so it's pretty easy haha... If I have any other gigs simultaneously it's just a matter of not taking on too much to handle and prioritizing clients deadlines. The comic is a delight to get to work on, so when I'm finished with tasks, it becomes my wind down treat for the night. I'm always interested in working on the thing that I'm not supposed to be working on, so I just make those things a reward for myself, it seems to work pretty well.
