Undertale Steam Giveaway

So, thanks to my lovely friends, I ended up with not one, not three, but TWO copies of Undertale on Steam and at the encouragement of one of them, I have decided to give the second copy away to one lucky winner here on the tumblr!!

Why is hotline bling a "petty terrible" song? Honestly curious

because everything but the chorus is just drake whining that he can’t believe his ex can live her life without him and essentially implying that her newfound independence and ownership of her sexuality makes her a loose ho. In particular, lines like “doing what I taught you, getting nasty for someone else” and “used to always stay at home, be a good girl…right now you’re someone else” suggests that drake sees himself as owning her sexuality (things that he “taught her” were meant for his sexual pleasure exclusively and she’s betraying him by “stealing” his sexual knowledge for her own pleasure). Also, it’s some highly convenient bullshit that she’s no longer a “good girl” as soon as she goes out on the town to get hers and stops blinging drake’s hotline, thereby refusing to stroke his ego and displaying sexual autonomy that he no longer has influence over, which according to drake makes her a slut. The entire song reeks (and I mean reeks) of petulant male entitlement to a physically nauseating degree.
