do you ever think about how Dragon Age has mage prisons (the Circles) but then also a super mega mage prison (Aeonar) but Aeonar only comes up in one (1) of the origins in DAO and then is never mentioned in game again, even though the next two games are about the collapse of the Circle system so you’d think someone would be like “Maybe we should check on the super mega mage prison” but they don’t

and then you open World of Thedas 2 and go to page 111 and there’s a diary entry from Lily, who was sent to the super mega mage prison, talking about how the Veil is thin and the templars do experiments and oh, she’s heard rumours that there’s war between templars and mages but they’ve heard nothing in weeks, and then you get to the end of that entry and it turns out the Seekers found Aeonar absolutely deserted. no templars, no mages, no Chantry sisters, no abominations, no signs of violence.

and just none of this is mentioned in the games ever.
