So. Dragon Age RP Masterlist.

I don’t think any of the blogs calling for reblogs on a post ever actually got around to making a DA masterlist {do correct me if I’m wrong}, but I think it’d be helpful to throw one up so we can keep track of who is in our community!

That being the case, I’m going to start working on this. Our very own DARP masterlist! C: All you have to do is reblog this {if you RP a Dragon Age character – OCs more than welcome!} and I’ll get around to adding your blog to the list. If blogs are inactive / go inactive {don’t post anything for around two months without notice} they will be removed from the masterlist… but they’re always welcome to be re-added!

So, yeah. This would just be a helpful little directory thing, if anyone is interested. That’s all. uwu

So Endymion was known. “I’ve missed my hound a great deal. The places I’ve been called to since the Blight have hardly been ones I’d send Garahel into.” Vigil’s Keep and Amaranthine might have supported the mabari’s presence, but Amgarrak? Surana was never setting foot there again if he could help it. He could still feel his skin tingle from the strange atmosphere if he concentrated on the memory long enough.

“But I have need of him again.” The mage followed behind the woman, his robes swishing softly as he moved. The redheaded elf seemed to be the sort to preen, even a vain man, upon closer inspection. A pendant hung around his neck with some reddish liquid in a phial as a charm, and on his left hand he wore a rosewood ring. It wasn’t quite the standard marriage symbol, yet questions might linger as to its placement on his hand. Whether or not he’d answer them was another story. “I’m glad he’s been in capable hands. He’s saved my life more than once before, and I’d like his own to be a long one for his kind.”

The barking of dogs that soon overwhelmed their ears were likely matched by intrigued looks from Cousland’s other charges, but the Grey Warden overlooked their joyous, booming reception for the one that had imprinted on him what felt like a lifetime ago.

“I can imagine,” She repiled at the mention of missing his hound. She’d feel the same if Cassius wasn’t nearly fused to her hip as it were. They were much more than dogs to the people of Ferelden, they were family and friends and close companions with their intelligence leading them to nearly be able to communicate. “I feel for you, I truly do. You’ll have him soon, and in as high spirits as ever.”

Bri rounded a short corner, coming at a stop near a set of much larger kennels, ones fit for truly special charges. In one of which was her own hound, who was anxiously pawing at the door and huffing impatiently as his master. “Oh Cass, I know my love. I’ll let you out in a moment,” The blonde chided, unlatching the door to the other kennel just beside his. 

“He might charge out,” The Kennelmaster warned, swinging the door wide open.

A cold wind whipped over the grounds of Highever, ice crystals formed on the damp grasses from the night before. It was fall, but it felt more like winter to the Teryna as she walked the ground she’d known since she was just a babe. 

It never felt like home, though. She was only here because her brother had duties to attend, and there must always remain a Cousland in Highever. 

Not that she was much considered one anymore, but she was for all intents and purposes.

“If you’re trying to be sneaky,” she said, hearing soft footfalls at the periphery of her senses, “It’s not working.”

“I was looking for someone to speak with, actually.” It was an elf who answered her, in a voice almost too deep for his delicate frame, swathed in robes of deep blue and silver. His yellow-green eyes narrowed at Cousland, cat-like. “I was told my hound was here. Garahel.” The freckled elf gave the mabari’s name as he moved a few long strands of red hair back behind his large ears. The rest was tied in a braid. From the way his eyes looked, his sleep hadn’t been easy for a long time. “It’s been over two years… Surely he’s contributed enough to the upkeep of the mabari population since the Blight.”

Maybe Endymion’s name hadn’t been attached to the hound’s, but he was starting to consider that a vain hope. If nothing else the colors of his robes might give him away. He braced himself for her response, hoping mostly for surprise at the fact that he called one of the residents of the kennel his own.

The narrowing of such bright eyes at her had the kennelmaster on edge, but at the mention of one hound in particular a soft smile curled over her once-stern face. It was abnormal for people to come seek out mabari by name, but she knew the one. He was one of the first brought in, beside her own massive wardog Cassius. 

“That they are. Come, the kennels are loud but quite welcoming.” Bri responded with a kind voice, one much different than what he first heard. She strode across the courtyard and into a door that seemed to lead directly into the keep. “We know to keep the hero’s dog safe and sound.”

This has been on my mind for long but I’m gonna do this — please reblog this if you’re comfortable with pre-establishing relationships. But some dreams end up becoming reality, and then we’re so extremely blessed that we don’t want to wake up.” Of course she was talking about being married to someone she truly loved.
