When in doubt─ go to the other school. At least, that was the impression Koushi got when he sought out the school’s council to inquire about a club that wasn’t prominent at Sunrise: the Flower Appreciation club at Sunset. To some, it was a silly idea, but Koushi found it something to be awed at, and was especially grateful to hear that the students even provided bouquets! And so, Koushi was on the bus, on his way to the rival school. Because, despite the schools’ rivalries, they still helped each other out.
It only took him a LITTLE bit to locate the club’s room. After all, what else would be stationed so close to a greenhouse (he, once again marvels at the luxuries of a big school in a big city). Koushi’s short walk down the path to the club room was taken at a much slower pace─ the setter took time to gawk at the campus’ garden, as equally impressive as the one at Sunrise.
Once he reached the club room itself (what else was he bound to find, he wondered) Koushi placed a light knock on the door, peering inside. It was a quaint atmosphere, decorated with a seemingly endless amount of different plants and flowers. Koushi was just as amazed as he’d been when he first set foot on the campus.
Almost forgetting that he came here for a reason, Koushi quickly shuffled inside with a bright smile.
“Ah- hello! I’m sorry for my intrusion, but is this perhaps the Flower Appreciation Club?”
Things were rather quiet in the clubroom with Sophie’s absence. Not that the treasurer spoke much to begin with, unless she had something to discuss, or that she even minded the silence but it was just different. Reika had just grown accustomed to having another member around and dare she say that she rather missed the older woman.
Hopefully she would be back soon.
Chasing away her wayward thoughts, she contemplated the arrangement she had been working on before she got distracted. Tea coloured roses nestled in sprigs of ivy and to the side lay clippings of baby’s breath which she had yet to add. It was a simple arrangement but it would lovely nonetheless by the time she was done with it.
Hearing someone enter behind her, Reika turned her brown hued gaze upon the visitor. He didn’t look familiar but then again, the university was so large there were plenty of students at the university she had never met before. Setting down the clippings she had been working with, her lips parted slightly to address the young male before her but before she could utter a syllable his voice broke the silence.
Upon hearing his question, the brunette nodded an affirmation and offered her visitor a smile of her own. She wondered if he could possibly be a new member but didn’t want to get her hopes up just yet.
“Yes, this is the Flower Appreciation Club. To what do I owe the pleasure of your visit?”
