It's called karma.... Happy Veteran's Day!
Death to Keyboards & Monitors: the OmniTouch By Bill Weir & C. Michael Kim | This Could Be Big The other day I watched a toddler approach a flat-screen television and, with Cheetos-encrusted fingers, try to swipe the boring show away. Such is life in the touch screen age. But just as we are getting used to swiping and typing on phone and tablet glass, a new breakthrough could make our physical screens obsolete within the next five years. As Carnegie Mellon grad student Chris Harrison explained to me, gadgets with screens the size of oyster cracker have inspired new ways to "steal" everyday surfaces to replace the computer screen. By using tiny projectors that sense your every move, you'll soon be able to read and write email on a wall or table top. Or surf the web on the palm of your hand or the leg of your jeans. In a project with Microsoft, he's also developed "Skinput." It is a bio-accousic sensor that converts the tapping of your forearm or fingertips into commands for a music player or video game. So along with new advances in voice-recognition software, it won't be long before the mouse, keyboard and game controller are replaced by the snap of a finger and a spoken command.
You ever notice the Northwest logo is the shape of a compass pointing northwest? Clever. Or how about the arrow in FedEx? Or the Hershey's kiss candy in Hershey's Kisses.....interesting stuff, check it out.
I was recently asked on my take on how to rid of those stubborn under eye-bags. So, here is a crash course so you can think for yourself what treatment you would like to pursue for this issue.
I wrote this to represent how some friends can be these days, especially with social media they use it to how off not realizing what character they truly portray of themselves.
Female habits drive guys crazy...and not in a good way.

This is just one of many songs in the making, decided to share and post....Happy Friday!
This shouldn't be shocking news that advertising tends to exaggerate what a product can do. I'm just glad that this happened. Women tend to try so hard to look like what they see on magazines when it isn't even real because of airbrushing techniques as well as these people having other procedures done that couldn't be achieved with the so called-cream they advertise or the hair product supposedly used on their lush and bouncy, unnaturally full hair. I wish they would just show the real results of a product without any magic clicking on the computer that way women can understand the products better because they are given realistic and not misleading results.
I love watching milestones like this. In the article is a fabulous picture of the shuttle landing along with an article and a video of the actual landing. Enjoy!
Here's an article on yahoo shine that humored me this morning on love and relationships. You know your relationship well enough to understand if any of these apply to you. There are pointers here I do tell my friends time to time when they ask for advice such as: -saying thank you...they may not jump for joy at the word but they acknowledge it and appreciate your appreciation -don't expect them to cry on queue or cry with you when you're crying with your problems, and just because they didn't cry doesn't mean they don't care-they're men for goodness sakes! genetically they're not supposed to cry that easily! -"if you want a chore done by a certain day, then tell me that" men are black or white, yes or no, up or down, left or right.....no in between. If you have something on your mind tell it to them straight because they will never be able to guess it! -"I wish you didn't think we had to talk all the time to be close" this is true and important to be secure of yourself on where you stand with your man. Sometimes comfortable silence is worth more than a thousand sweet nothings whispered to each others ear, especially if it's the same thing over and over -and the title I chose reflects on the last bullet about sex and a comment about more BJ's....also, as much as men love sex and want us to want to want to have sex with them all the time, don't force yourself to do it because they will know when we feel obligated. If you're too tired for sex just let them know and there's always the next morning. =)
I have preached this before in my blog http://prettyprettysimple.com and i will preach it again now from another blogger point of view. Make-up expires! Read this article and learn common mistakes we do when we keep old make-up as well as alternative uses to old make-up. I wish I thought of this before! She points out make-up is a form of art.......yes, why not put it on paper of a different canvas! She also informs is of perks available from your Origins counter on perks when you return empty containers and MAC's promo that when you return 6 empty lipstick cases you get one free. These are worth checking out for yourselves, I know what I'm doing this Saturday!
This in an article I came across Forbes.com on the next boomers...and why the places that used to be boomers are slowing down.
Ok, this is good stuff. There are tips in here me and my husband do follow and I think sometimes are easily overlooked in ones busy busy day. The article goes both ways, like the organic sex part as well as the overall self improvement, consistency and being more mature. Although this article was posted on yahoo shine, a place that irks me sometimes with their inconsistent facts...the article itself originally came from Redbook. So it's worth the read. =)

On June 9, he woke up, showered, ironed his shirt. He mailed a letter to the Gazette, listing the return address as the Gaston County Jail. "When you receive this a bank robbery will have been committed by me," Verone wrote in the letter. "This robbery is being committed by me for one dollar. I am of sound mind but not so much sound body."
