Worry not, it was mentioned in the books that she does not age while in faerie. Also, now that she’s queen the land became apart of her. Like how it is with cardan and the previous rulers. Remember in the third book how the land heals her? Thats also a whole additional aspect that makes her age more like cardan and the fae. I don’t remember more of those particular details though, sorry.

“…in the previous books it was explained that mortals who stay in faerie will not age, but as soon as they step into the human world, they will age rapidly as the years catch up to them. so as long as jude doesn't go to the mortal world, she can live forever.”
