From a young age, we begin to inherit the pain, anger, and cycles of people around us. This merging of traumas is done by dissolving the boundaries between ourselves and other creations.
What’s less discussed is that this capacity within each of us can also be used for the purposes of healing.
The blessing of beauty is that even a drop of it leaves our hearts eternally inspired. When we're in immense pain, just watching the clouds, hearing a baby's laugh, witnessing two people in love, these things provide us with enough hope for a lifetime.
How beautiful is it that we can borrow any of the happiness/love emanating from creation as our own? In fact, this practice is crucial for healing; healing on a fundamental level requires the formation and dissolution of energetic boundaries.
It’s why sometimes, I see kids laughing together without a care in the world on the train and it nourishes me.
