I’m sorry, but do you think those “stick thin girls” have no feelings what-so-ever? Maybe they just have a really fast metabolism and don’t gain much weight like a lot of people do… This girl is beautiful, there is no doubt, but she doesn’t make thinner girls any less beautiful. Just because someone is “skinny”, doesn’t mean your comments won’t affect them. It’s the exact same as calling this girl “chubby”. So bloody rude.  We’re all beautiful, no matter what body shape we have…get that through your head.

Chubby girls with gorgeous faces

I believe posting pictures of chubby girls with gorgeous faces wearing underwear really proves nothing. 

I don’t think chubby girls with gorgeous faces get told they are ugly because they have a few pounds and are not stick thin. 

I belive many girls have the wrong perception that if they get really thin they would become beautiful. I have heard way too many guys talk about “butterfaces” to know this is not like this. 

Beauty doesn’t work like this. Having a pretty face can make a chubby body acceptable (even cute) but having an ugly face cannot be compensated by a skinny body.  

This sucks honestly because while any girl can work for a good body what can you do about an ugly face?

Don’t tell me about plastic surgery because plastic surgery can only correct very obvious flaws but cannot make an ugly girl beautiful. A rhinoplasty does not make much of a difference for strangers as much as it does for the person involved. It’s a fact. 

So I honestly do not understand why so many girls hate their bodies with passion driving themselves insane. I personally hate my face with passion.

If I would not like my body I would  eat very little until I get the perfect shape. (also doing fitness and jogging), but I cannot change my bonestructure and this is what makes me ugly. 

So being shown pictures with girls with gorgeous faces and chubby  figures really doesn’t show me anything. 

This is my opinion :)

Tess Holiday and Ashley Graham both have very beautiful faces. According to Prof David Hammermesh Beauty Pays, he clearly states that beauty has little to do with bodies. I understand that individuals can be insecure by wanting to look more "snatched" but if your face, the initial trait that is seen by everyone has extreme flaws, it never ends well.

Sometimes, I really want to get fat, so I have an excuse for being ugly. What good is there in having a nice body when your face is dirt? At least people can whisper behind my back: 'she'd look better if she lost weight' instead of 'She's got a great body but her face needs a paper bag'.

I notice most ladies speak of bone structures especially facial bone structure as being a problem to their appearance. I mean look at Tess Holiday. Some people loosing weight does help them aesthtically and health wise.

I'm Back...

So I've been away for the longest time, it's a lot that I've been dealing with and I'm trying to remain resilient as possible. It's been a fight, I've gotten better, relapsed, fell back down again.... Just a wave of occurrences in my personal life. I'm not saying I'm 100% okay but I'm trying. I told myself that I won't give up. In thus blog I mostly repost posts from other lookism related blogs and living life possessing physically unattractive traits you had no control over can be a lot of pain. It's no secret that people do treat people that they find unattractive as the lowest of the low. This not only goes from a romantic life it also seeps into your personal life, career, and also your social life. For a fortune few who have somewhat of a stable livelihood, I'm happy for you. Unfortunately alot of us also experience mental illnesses or some a multitude of these. Finding support of friends.... Oh nvm they may exist or not. I know it's hard, especially if everyone keeps dismissing what you go through. Please don't succumb to how the world labels you. I know it's hard not to think of yourself as less than but you've got this and I believe in you
