If it turns out that Grimal was the Ghoul, I claim this as foreshadow.
PLEASE NOTE:
(1) I'm not saying it's a directly 1-on-1, that Kitten is a Bastet or kinfolk, or that Marckus has awakened.
(2) I don't believe Grimal is the Ghoul, and I'm aware of the reasons why she wouldn't be the Ghoul... but you never know. =)
(3) I don't see this as a prophecy from Boy, but rather from the Alfabusa Team.
Kitten:
The werewolf parallels Kitten's family history. His family is in a perpetual struggle against the Black Spiral Dancers, and they are held responsible for his parents' murder. There is also suspicion that he will be personally involved with the Black Shuck story and that his part of the prophecy involves a Garou. post
Marckus:
Whatever Marckus's future holds, whether it's awakening, learning hedge magic, or gaining powers through "the Thing". Marckus and magic will be one in the future (he even wears a "magic & wizards" t-shirt).
Now about the fire part. In the first fight, we see that his weapon of choice is the blowtorch, and I believe this represents his future affinity with the Sphere of Force. Another interesting thing about this Sphere is that it's linked to Mars, and in the Akira story, Boy names a character who is Marckus's counterpart, whose name is Mars.
I don't want to start a discussion about what happened in "the bar with the knives", but I think it's interesting to mention that one of them heats up until it exploded.
Grimal:
Although Succubus is a type of Fae, the name is also associated with Kindred, containing a sourcebook for Vampire: The Masquerade, and both "species" are similar in the sense that they both use attraction as a hunting method and suck the essence of humans.
Succubus are notoriously known for... sexy things. And I don't see a better candidate than the woman who constantly carries a SEX PADDLE with YAOI written on it.
Big D mentions a love triangle, and after Grimal's reaction in chapter 5 when she talked about Kitten, I suspect she still has some unresolved feelings for him.
It's more likely that this isn't more than it appears, especially if Grimal isn't the Ghoul, unless a werewolf interested in Occam appears, in which case we have another love triangle that fits into this foreshadow (Big D would obviously be the Succubus). =)
