Speaking in terms of what I am able to achieve with it and how well im able to execute my ideas/incorporate new concepts and techniques I think I have been good at art for around 2-3 years and the rest of it has been practice.

I feel like my art is in a good place right now where I may not be perfect or skilled in many areas but I feel confident in my ability to learn and expand .. though this could change by tomorrow, who knows.

Reflecting out loud. I guess to show people you don't stop learning and changing in your late 20s/at 30 and in fact that may be where the biggest things happen 👼

#What a tragedy though that feeling this way coincides with working full time. I don't even work that much (only around 40 hrs) but it still #Drains me...though I should be thankful and more resourceful with the time I do have

Wait did I never put my other gem designs on this blog. Here you go. All this art is pretty old. Characters with varying amounts of development and I guess they're all in the same plotline. Bort Diamond, failure that keeps track of experimental projects. Blue Spinel, evil. Graphite, snooty designer.

Chrys fails to mention to her acolytes that the autocorruption process comes at a steep cost to the gems' mental and emotional states. After all, a cycle of paranoia and fear of outsiders and those "untouched" only serves to keep them inside. And isn't it ironic that the intention is to reject their purposes yet she keeps a pearl.

Greenie, of course, hangs on her every word. There is a sensation of regained control by being a willing participant and enactor of violence on others. She believes she's escaped ...

I should draw my other gem Graphite meeting them ... Scary. I imagine their HQ is in some crumbling infrastructure nestled halfway into a cavern full of holes. Diamond authority never really goes out there because like, look they've been very busy
