Another Pyramid artwork

From the wiki page on Pyramid Head, this artwork is the alternate ending to the Silent Hill movie. Basically here an army of Pyramid Heads are killing the cultists, this ending I definitely wanted this over what we got. I love the first Silent Hill movie, just not a huge fan of the ending. I would’ve preferred this ending, seeing Pyramid Heads slaughtering everyone.

So Technically It Means Movie PH, Homecoming PH, Arcade PH Are Completely Different Pyramid Head's.

I Had To Pull This Out Because I Really Hate It When People Keeping Bringing Up That Pyramid Head Is Only For James.

We Get It, He's Specifically Made For His Story But Please Don't Bring It Up Everytime When Someone Says Pyramid Head Should Be In A Silent Hill Game Or A Non SH Game As A Guest Or Anything.

Now I Don't Hate The ''Pyramid Head Is Only James Punisher " Thing, But If People Don't Like It But Know About It, Please Just Imagine That Everytime PH Appears In Any Different Silent Hill Or Non Silent Hill Media, Is A Different Version Of Him.

True. And I’ve never truly understood that people who are like that and claim that the PH is exclusive to James. I’ve said this plenty of times before: It’s all there in SH2, that the imagery and pretty much everything we know about the PH comes from the cult’s executioner, Jimmy Stone, who used to wear a red hoodie on his head while doing his job, same hoodie that resembled a pyramidal-like head, and which earned him the nickname of the Red Devil.

There’s been a lot of talk that, since James has already been to SH before the events in SH2 take place, it’s very likely that he saw some of the imagery (paintings, such as that one in the Historical Society, as well as heard the story behind this executioner) and borrowed some of it –consciously or unconsciously– to shape his own executioner based on that. This could explain, for example, Homecoming’s PH, which are hinted (or could be taken as, at least) to be regular humans and members of The Order wearing a PH suit.

But yeah, claiming that the PH is a “James Exclusive™” even after all the stuff that’s in the games (SH2, mainly) along with what Masahiro Ito has said is just as silly as that argument that “the nurses are also exclusive to James” that some people like to throw around as well (to hell with Alessa and the entire SH1 and even SH3, I guess?)

It’s valid to be pissed at the newer devs using PH for what some people have called “cheap fanservice”, but it’s a whole different story to just write something off despite it all being there in the games just because they don’t like the new devs or whatever.

True, I Honestly Hate How People Consider The PHs That Appeared In Other Silent Hill Media To Be The Same Pyramid Heads That Were In Silent Hill 2.

Even Tho The Names Were Changed For Obvious Reasons ( Expect Arcade PH Because He's Simply Referred As Pyramid Head.), I Like To Think It's For Differentiating The PHs From The Ones In SH2.

Like:

(Movie PH):Red Pyramid

(Homecoming PH) :The Bogeyman

(SH2 PH) : The Red Pyramid Thing.

I Personally Think Anyone Who Felt Guilty Of Something Had Their Own Version Of PH That Is Completely Different.

I Mostly Blame Konami For Milking Pyramid Head Constantly Tho.
