Lampert's power allows him to control the luminosity level of light around him. He can cast shadows without an object to obstruct the light or even remove an object's shadow entirely. Though he should really stop covering the top part of himself if he truly wants to not to scare the hell out of his employees.

Handyman Corp is a fast and effective agency for home maintenance. They utilize the railway systems to send out handymen throughout the many blocks and cities in order to provide services worldwide. They are also responsible for some of the deliveries of the furniture and dispatching of Home Care staff. There's at least a station in each of the cities (...with the sole exception of Shirelock...technically)
Home Care is a home renovation and remodeling agency dedicated to transforming residential properties to their client's vision, shaping it through craftsmanship to match the ideal living environment of their clients. They work hand-in-hand with the Handyman Corp to ensure the building is provided with all basic functions and necessities.
Household Hazard Control is a company that specializes in identification, prevention, containment and removal of hazards that reside inside and around residential, public and commercial properties. Its specialists are trained to assess and respond to all sorts of problems whether it be an infestation caused by animals, plants, fungi or microbial organisms; incidents involving folklore beings or the paranormal activities caused by the undeparted and restless souls; anomalous phenomenons that can stem from curses, hexes and supernatural ability as well as forces that causes spacial and temporal distortions.

Shelly is an ammonite Toon with orangish-brown skin and darker orangish-brown blush, with a beige shell with darker beige stripes on it. She has short tentacles coming out of the shell, giving the illusion of curly hair. Unlike most Toons, Shelly’s sclera are a light orange instead of white. She also has a chubby body type, similar to Dandy.
Shelly wears a typical archeologist uniform, consisting of a short-sleeved light brown shirt with darker brown breast pockets and sleeve ends, the lapels being a darker brown color, a dark brown belt with a light orange buckle, a light brown skirt with a darker brown stripe at the end of it, and dark brown boots. She also wears a light orange ascot and dark brown gloves.
Personality
Shelly is a very peppy and extroverted Toon, who enjoys talking about her interest in dinosaurs and other forms of prehistoric life, but she has other hobbies as well, such as sewing. She is always bursting with energy and tries her best to get along with others, even to the point of twisting cruelty towards her into awkward kindness; shown in her conversation with Shrimpo. She is highly supportive and kind towards others, as hinted at through her Active Ability, possibly due to the influence of her Toon Handler or natural energy.
She's often surprised and even excited when other Toons show an interest in her, especially possibly because she often goes unnoticed or ignored by the others. For reasons unknown to her, Shelly is the most ignored Toon out of all the Main Characters, and this has been implied multiple times in the game and in her Twisted counterpart's description. This seems to greatly upset her, but she does try to keep up her optimistic and positive facade despite this.

Twisted Shelly is a roaming Twisted who uses her new prehistoric abilities to her advantage. On top of being quite fast, she also has a keen sense of smell. As every 30 seconds to a minute, she will smell for a Toon and then go to the general area where a Toon is. Upon spotting a Toon at a short distance, she will lunge at the Toon. However this lunge has a 1-2 second break before the lunge, and a 1-2 break afterwards, so it is dodgeable. After the lunge, she will start to chase the Toon until they’ve lost her.
On top of all that, Twisted Shelly has also sabotaged the machines. Upon failing a skill check, the Toon that failed the skill check will be inflicted with Confused III for 20 seconds, the machine will be locked for 10 seconds (preventing Toons from extracting from it), and the machine will drain by 0.5% per second until a Toon extracts from it again.

Trivia/Headcanons/Lore
Shelly is largely forgotten due to several factors that made her “bland”/“uninteresting” to the audience and the producers of the show. Her forgotten nature is, in a sense, due to a product of the show’s time.
Shelly is a peppy educational girl for a male-lead show airing primarily in the 90s. Such an archetype easily gets brushed aside as “less interesting”.
Dinosaurs were considered a “boy thing” at a time where most shows and toys were gendered.
The audiences also greatly preferred the entertainment factor over the education (as known in Finn’s lore tape). Shelly was made primarily to tell facts, thus also leading her to be perceived as “bland”/“boring”.
Shelly knows how to sew, and does so as a hobby.
