1) bruh using legal loopholes to try and justify weird behaviour,,, There are many things that have yet to be explicitly criminalized but everyone still knows to avoid it because it’s wrong. Also do not try to use the legal age of consent in Asian countries to argue in this even if in many Asian countries including mine the legal age is 16, everyone here knows that you’re really still a minor until you’re 18-20 and consider that as the true age of consent.
Sexualizing minors in fiction is bad because it subsequently normalizes sexualization of real life minors. Fiction does affect reality, that’s literally why people of color and other marginalized groups of people want and demand to be represented better in fiction, because it really does affect real life perception and treatment of us. Do not even try to disprove this because there are literally many prominent incidents in history where fiction has inspired people to do both good and bad things.
A famous case is the Jaws novel and movie; most irl sharks were not bloodthirsty or violent or attacked humans alot, nothing like how they were portrayed in the movie, but were hunted and killed anyway because of the paranoia against sharks the movie caused. Even now in the present time, you can still see it’s impact on the public, there are people are still afraid of sharks to this day because of this false presentation of how sharks are. It’s literally been like almost 50 years since Jaws came out, that’s how much impact it’s fictional story left on our society.
In Japan 1900s, there was this novel about two lovers commiting suicide together. It inspired many young couples to do the same and kill themselves in the same way. This became such a huge problem that the government literally had to ban the book to stop people from getting inspired by it to kill themselves
In Star Wars too, there was a man who said he was inspired by Leia’s sexualization in Return of the Jedi to harm and commit acts of violence on real women.
Looking at all these real examples provided, you can see how sexualization of minors in fiction will still negatively impact them in real life. It can and will desensitize people to irl cases of CSA and stuff because it will be normalized through its blunt and positive encouragement in media and even make people start to think that maybe it’s OK.

3) The game is literally rated 4+ and is PG13, Disney targeted it towards everyone including younger viewers😭 Half the cast are minors why would they make that for a game that would be targeted at older women😭 Adult twst fans can enjoy and play the game without being weird to children. And the game itself never even sexualizes any of its underage characters. They’re drawn pretty and say vaguely romantic things sometimes, but they’re never sexualized so where did you weirdos even get the idea or think it’s ok to sexualize them if even the game itself is not implying or encouraging it.
Saying that Yana having drawn shotacon before as a justification to lewd these minors is such horrible reasoning.
