30/30 — Workout Wednesday 🏐
Whether I’m watching or playing, volleyball has always been a favourite of mine. Today, I did some volleyball drills for conditioning, so that I can get a little exercise. 🥰

29/30 — Try Something New Tuesday 🖍
Today, I got inspired to do something that isn’t my forte. I found some pens and postcards in our room and decided to try creating an “artwork”. This may not look so perfect, but the important thing is that I tried and I enjoyed doing this activity 🎨✨

28/30 — Motivated Monday 👕
For me, productivity in a way can also bring forth motivation. Today, I decided to clean up and refold my clothes as they were placed in a very disorganized manner. Even though it seems like a simple task, I felt fulfilled and even more motivated to accomplish other things!

27/30 — Spiritual Sunday 🌱
Due to quarantine, we become deprived of the outside world, as well as the peace joy which it may bring. Today, I decided to take a step back from my academics and head to our garden/garage to just breathe and reflect on God’s beautiful creation. It felt very calming, and it also felt nice to have a time away from our screens after hours of online classes.

26/30 — Self-Care Saturday 📚
Because of the piled up school works, I have not been able to read my books. But today, I will treat myself and read until my heart is content. I will take a break from doing school works and do something I enjoy.
Do something you love, and don’t worry too much about being productive for today, it can help in de-stressing. ✨

25/30 — Food Friday 🍲
Everyone in the household has had a stressful week, so we decided to make delicious food to celebrate the weekend. We made homemade shabu-shabu and samgyupsal to de-stress. Not to mention, we had my favourite, shrimp !! 🦐
Never feel guilty of eating delicious food. It’s been a tough week and I’m sure it’s well-deserved. <3

24/30 — Throwback Thursday 📸
When things get too stressful, looking back at thing that have made you happy is the way to go.
Kat has been my best friend since Grade 1, and we only went our separate ways for Grade 11; her in San Beda and me in La Salle. Our schedules were a bit light today so we were able to finally catch up with one another after so long via video call. We talked about the good old times and the present, and it definitely lifted my mood.

With so many projects due, I’ve been spending more time on sitting down in front of my laptop. As a change of pace from my usual routine, I did a little bit of stretching that helped me from getting burned out. Don’t forget to take a break from doing school works, and move around a little!

22/30 — Try Something New Tuesday 🚘
Trying new things for the first time may seem scary, but of course you’ll never know unless you try.
I never thought I’d learn how to drive because it’s something that has scared me since I was a child. Good thing that my dad and my older sister were patient enough to teach me. I never thought that driving could be fun until I actually experienced it. Though it may still be a bit scary, I’m sure that with a little more practice, I can get used to it.

It’s been a while since I’ve played the piano, so today I felt motivated to practice for a while. I’m a little bit rusty and by no means the best, but I’m glad to know I still know my way around a keyboard.

With the ongoing online classes and upcoming college applications, there is so much to worry about for a senior like me. Thankfully, today’s growth group session reminded me that I can approach God with my struggles.
Things may seem overwhelming nowadays, but it’s comforting to know that God is with me. With Him by my side, there is nothing I should be anxious about.

My kind of self-care includes reassuring myself, so for today’s self-care Saturday:
I decided to write a journal entry where I write down my bucket list with my friends because I find it very reassuring that there are things to look forward to in the future. I included the things we have already done because it was so nice to know that we’ve already had our best moments but there are still alot more to go. a

18/30 — Food Friday 🥣
For today’s Food Friday, I prepared myself a bowl of cereal!
Cereal is my go to snack, with milk or without, at any time of the day. I eat whatever I want and do not worry about how food will affect my appearance, especially weight, as long as I am healthy. Not worrying about those things makes me feel good about myself, giving me a mindset that I shouldn’t be ashamed of eating whatever and whenever I want as long as I am happy 😋

17/30 — Throwback Thursday 📸
✨This may be the most emotional task for me but for today’s Throwback Thursday, I decided to go back to some of my best moments in Junior High School posted on my Instagram account.
Junior High was one of the greatest moments of my life. Reminiscing made me wish that if I could, I would go back and feel so care-free again. I would make the same mistakes over and over again and would never get tired of learning from those mistakes. I miss having this fun and I miss the people. I have no regrets. ✨

For today’s Workout Wednesday, I did yoga!
Yoga is actually my favorite type of workout because not only it gives physical benefits, it strongly gives out mental benefits because yoga is also a form of meditation. Plus, I love workouts that requires stretching out my body 😌
