"Mom, why do the best people die?" "When you’re in a garden, which flowers do you pick?" "The most beautiful ones."

CANNOT REBLOG FAST ENOUGH
Because its safer to be nobody than a woman
i think almost is the saddest word there could be. "i almost kissed her" "we almost made it through" "it almost happened" its a word used when you expect a certain thing to happen, but life turns into another direction, and you’re just stuck there wishing.

Love quotes? you must follow this blog!
People might tell you that reading is a way to hide from the world, and sometimes it can be, but in my experience, people who love books are also interested in myriad other things. They love music and movies and travel food and (gasp!) even television. As a friend of mine says, books make you a glutton for life. They show you how much there is to be experienced in the world. So let them do that. Let them make you curious. Let them make you hungry. Let them give you more questions than answers.
To the man I met this morning on the street looking for cigarettes or loose change in the pockets of a beat up leather jacket: It’s okay, I understand. you and I, we’re the same. maybe we all are. Spending our time searching for things that don’t matter, when really, we’re just looking for ways to say “hello”.
You are not clingy, or needy, or silly for having needs for affection and affirmation and attention within a romantic relationship. Those needs aren’t an embarrassing outgrowth of your low-self esteem or depression or whatever messy emotional issues you may have going on, that’s just basic shit that people need from each other. We of course should not make our partners responsible for meeting all of our emotional needs – it’s not someone’s else’s job to make you happy. But inside a healthy relationship, being able to show affection, pay attention, and demonstrate “you are amazing and important to me” is a pleasure, not some task or burden.
I went to a market today in midtown and met a girl who was selling her poems. You pick your topic and price and she writes you a poem on the spot. The girl before me traded her favorite drawing pen for a poem. I traded $3 for a poem about traveling.Â
I am the most joyous & fulfilled I've been in a long time & it has a lot to do with burying myself in future goals instead of past mishaps. As well as surrounding myself with wise, secure, solution-oriented loved ones that see right to the core of me. It's pretty bliss. Thank You!
Sometimes it’s as simple as this: I leave people who make me happy and then wonder why I am lonely. Sometimes that’s just what I wanted to say. Nothing else. Nothing more. But emptiness, or whatever it is, devours me and I hold on to what I can still promise to the world: offer more words and words and words until these walls break down and the last pieces of my previous self are left behind with what I hope I never had. Sometimes it’s as simple as that, but oftentimes there are just too many thoughts and words are never that enough to let those thoughts go.
Kailaliman

Don’t be afraid to let the world know
If at one point you didn’t get what you want then don’t stop. Try again. You may have to redo all the efforts that you’ve made, and rehash all the conversations you’ve done, but you have to be patient. As the saying goes, good things come to those who wait. If you feel like you’re losing, don’t be afraid to cry. Frustration is a given. But I assure you, the day will come when you can finally embrace the satisfaction you’ve been longing for. Be it success in love, in school, work, or anything trivial. It’s yours, take it.Â
