does a queen need a king to be truly powerful? my family has been putting me down as of late because i do not think i want to find a man.

I’m sorry to hear your parents are pressuring you into something you clearly do not want. In all honesty though, you need no one. You are already powerful. Let not your crown take a backseat to anyone else. If a king happens to come along and adds to your glory then great, but these things do take time and I hope your parents come to understand that. And if no king shows, continue to shine on your own.
