Why are you doing this thang?: To re-explore my relationship with meat (long time pescatarian), and to check to see if I have any food intolerances.

Why Whole30?
I was introduced to this challenge by a few coworkers and liked it because it didn’t restrict how much you eat or focus on weight (there’s seriously a Whole30 hashtag for non-scale victories which is awesome). It also focuses on sustainable food sources and minimizing cheap/fast food which is all too easy to acquire where we live in NYC.
