Creamy Chicken Pesto Lettuce Wraps
Butter Lettuce
Cubed cooked chicken breast
Basil
Pine Nuts
Olive Oil
Broccoli or cabbage slaw ( I buy already shredded in pack)
Avocado
Coconut aminos or soy sauce. (Avoid soy sauce if gluten and soy free is desired).
Cook chicken breasts as desired. Cube and put in bowl.
Wash and pat dry and set aside butter lettuce.
Make pesto sauce by blending basil, pine nuts and olive oil in blender or food processor. Put in a bowl.
Put coconut aminos or soy sauce in bowl.
Cut avocado in cubes.
Put broccoli or cabbage slaw in a bowl.
Assemble with love and enjoy!
