Salmon Salad with Avocado, Tomato, and cucumber 🍣🥑🍅🥒

Cucumber Salad Recipe
Ingredients:
2 large cucumbers, thinly sliced
2 tbsp soy sauce
1 tbsp rice vinegar
1 tbsp sesame oil
1 tsp honey or sugar
2 cloves garlic, minced
½ tsp red pepper flakes (optional)
1 tbsp toasted sesame seeds
¼ cup chopped green onions
½ tsp salt
Instructions: 1️⃣ Thinly slice cucumbers and place them in a mixing bowl. Sprinkle with salt and let them sit for 10 minutes to release excess moisture. Drain well. 2️⃣ Mix soy sauce, rice vinegar, sesame oil, honey, garlic, and red pepper flakes in a small bowl. 3️⃣ Pour the dressing over the cucumbers and toss well to coat. 4️⃣ Garnish with sesame seeds and chopped green onions. 5️⃣ Let sit for 15 minutes before serving to allow flavors to meld. 6️⃣ Serve chilled for a refreshing, crunchy snack or side dish!
