I’m attracted to fictional men and women and real life women; I have dated a few men, but I wasn’t super happy in those relationships because they weren’t the best guys tbh and I only had sex with one of the guys I dated and I hated it, so I’m turned off from dating real life men ever again. I only want to date real life women. I have been rumored to be a lesbian when I was in college; I was asked if I was a lesbian from how I used my tongue to get crab meat out of a snow crab leg (yes, this really did happen); and I was told by a now former guy friend, “Just come out as a lesbian already!”. Does any of this count as being bi or lesbian?? 🤔🤷🏻‍♀️ (I’m also Graysexual.)

I overthink a lot, so here we are.

Sexuality can be complex and I tend to overthink things, I’m unsure if my attraction to fictional characters of both sexes counts as being Bisexual, and I’m unsure if my attraction to fictional male characters is relevant at all if identifying as a Lesbian.

I’ve always been attracted to male and female characters (and liking the celebrities who play them) since my teenage years.

I’m unsure if I’ve ever been genuinely attracted to real life men since I’ve only dated 3 real life men in my entire life (which I didn’t really enjoy tbh), I had a brief crush on like 1 guy in middle school, I am genuinely attracted only to fictional male characters (have been since I was a teenager), am genuinely attracted to women (real & fictional), didn’t enjoy sex with my last ex-bf, have never really enjoyed kissing men, I get very anxious and uncomfortable when men flirt with me or ask me out, and I am even uncomfortable dancing around men.

I have not yet had the opportunity to date real women so far, but am very open to doing so.

So yeah, I am unsure what my sexuality is other than Graysexual (though that isn’t all of my sexuality, hence me questioning things).
