Okay, hear me out.

Stolas feeling too guilty about everything make the decision to leave in the dead of night to go live in England. Blitzø find him and tries to get him back result in the following argument

Stolas: "No i didn't leave because I hated you. I didn't leave because you did anything to piss me off Stop saying that"

Blitzø:"Then what DID happen because I try to do everything right this time i tried to put in genuine effort to communicate to be there for you and you just left me without as much as a note"

Stolas:" i left because I didn't have anything to offer you. you did everything every single thing and there is absolutely nothing that I could possibly offer you in return i left because I wanted to stop being such an anchor on you, so you wouldn't have to sleep on the floor like a dog so that I can have the couch"

Blitzø:"So you can offer me your life and I can't offer you the couch because it's doing too much"

Stolas:"oh this is nothing to do with the trial"

Blitzø:"This has everything to do with the trial i was trying to make up what you lost to the extent I could and your taking it as some personal insult"

Stolas:"your life was in danger at the trial. You treated me like I was made out of porcelain"

Stolas's fantasy being a fairytale depection of what being a prince is like is so interesting. His life as a prince was absoulutly miserable but here? He is actually happy unlike how he really was! He can be with Blitz without any eyes judging him. If his life was only like a fairytale then things would be much easier.

His fantasy gets interupted by fear he has from the real world though. A world where his cheating lead to Stella trying to assassinate him. He died in the dream for being with Blitz just like how Stella and Striker tried to kill him in real life.

Reality sucks and even his brain won't let him fall into a fantasy anymore.

Anybody else feel like this could be foreshadowing stella offering blitzø money to kill stolas i mean obviously he wouldn't go for it (dude couldn't even kill one of his hits Because he reminded him of stolas) but it could lead to some fun misinterpretation on stolas end.

Just up thinking about how Stolitz is such a healing ship to like when you have (C)PTSD

I hope Stolas gets to have a moment where he realizes that life as a prince…kind of sucked. Yeah the money and the living arrangements were much nicer but like; what else did he have? Now he has a found family. He can get new plants. He can still study the stars if he chooses to, just differently. He can work on his relationship with Via when she’s ready to without his powers

Because maybe being poor and powerless is a lot better than being entirely alone, no matter how many people are in the room with you.

No, it's not odd that Stolas "suddenly" has PTSD.

Delayed Onset PTSD. It's a thing. The diagnosis applies when full symptoms do not emerge until at least six months.

Major life changes caused by "take a guess", as well as Via telling him to go kick rocks probably made him unable to properly cope. And we saw in the first look that he was trying to fall back into his old coping method of trying to escape into his romance novel fantasies but clearly he just can't anymore. He can't manage the truma with Striker anymore so now his symptoms are starting to manifest. He's going to have to find a new (hopefully less destructive) coping method.

(If I see one more GD post about how it's bullshit that Stolas has suddenly has PTSD I'm eating the poster.)

If someone begins their Hellluva Boss critiques with "I don't justify Stella, but Stolas..." that's already a big sign that they're about to spread stupid nonsense bullshit that makes you seriously question if they watched the show at all.

"I don't justify Stella..." is almost always followed by someone trying to justify her. A real Stella fan wouldn't feel the need to justify her, because we know she's wrong and is using Stolas as a scapegoat, because even she knows she can't the target the system (the real reason why she's in this situation).

Stella fans and Stella apologists are not the same thing and the former is so rare to come by, because so much Stella "content" is just people trying to excuse her actions...

Who's ready for a season in season 3 where stolas and blitz are having fun time only for stolas to feel just a bit too held down and end up yaling "please get off of me" and blitz jumps to the other end of the room like a frightened cat wall stolas through sobs continuously says, "I'm sorry"
