Hi! I go by the Quiet-Artist for this blog, my pronouns are she/her and I love to make art, currently in a graphic design program at university. After a long time thinking I finally got the courage to make my version of an art blog.

Most people online call me Nina, specifically on my Main blog: @ninatheredhead. It’s where I reblog a bunch of stuff, vent and talk with friends!

I’ve loved to draw for as long I as can remember! Got my first sketchbook in grade 7 and have filled 2-4 with my works. Sometime in high school I moved on to digital art, first using ibispaint, then finally being able to buy Procreate, which is the main app I use now for my digital art.

I’ve had a few people ask me if I post my art anywhere, or if I’ve ever sold any, which to the first is no so this will be the first time I’ve ever did this. As for selling art kinda, it was mainly for a friend who’d give me a buck or two for a redraw of some of their very old drawings (which I was fine with, I wasn’t looking to make a profit at the time). I’ve made art for friends, sometimes for fun, sometimes at their request, or just as a gift as I have online friends that I can’t really get anything physical for things like birthdays and such so I just draw them something!

As of now this blog is being used to post artwork that I’m proud of (almost like a portfolio just slightly less professional), plus this is the first time any of my personal work will be published (at least like this). Maybe in the future when I’m more comfortable/confident, but no guarantees.

Posts will not be consistent as this is just for fun and I procrastinate a lot so bare with me, I’m quite new to this 😅

You can’t convince me that Kokoro isn’t sleep deprived to at least some degree, just looking at his sprite alone. I mean, the paranoia, the anxiety, being thrown into a death game with a bunch of strangers that he can’t recognize easily- even if he was sleeping somewhat okay before the experiment, I sincerely doubt he is now.

(I’ll also say there’s a little extra detail hidden here. It’s barely noticeable, but it’s there if you turn up the brightness I swear. It went from too obvious to too subtle as I was finishing it lol)

I’ve got a few designs that I’ve be considering redoing, even if most of them are only like two years old like this one

Fun fact: I had a conversation with a friend about how this makes sense from a realistic standpoint for TTRPG characters. As the campaign/story progresses, characters develop, get new items, fight new battles and gain wounds, etc.

Take Faye here: Her 2024 design was at the very beginning of an ongoing Rise of the Runelords campaign, and her 2026 version is currently her in book 4 of 6 (so a little over half way). She’s got updated clothes, some scars, a fricken staff of evocation, etc.

I honestly don’t know what it was about this scene that got me so bad,

Maybe just seeing Ismene so distraught and concerned, to the point she was actually crying, caught me off guard. I mean, considering what she walked in on, with Shinku passed out in the pond (which she probably had to drag him out of) and probably assuming the worst, it makes sense. She just doesn’t want to lose some else.

And I gotta say I’m kinda surprised.

I honestly thought Pokemon would take the win easily, guess I underestimated YTTD fans here in tumblr 😅 (it’s even funnier cause I only have one YTTD post compared to several Pokemon ones)

I also thought Dispatch would get a few more votes, but it tied for last? Maybe the hype for it just died down since its release

Also to the few of you who said Pathfinder/Dnd: can I just thank you 🥹? I feel we don’t see enough love for people’s TTRPGs and characters unless they’re very popular like Critical Role (no hate to them btw, I love them)
