Since leftovers for @dunmeshizine are getting posted in a week, we can talk about our dishes a little more!!!!
The process for developing the bavarois took a while, especially testing for the dairy free agar version. I made multiple versions to try to whip the coconut cream, but just a plain jelly ended up being the best option.
The regular version of the recipe has a slightly fluffy whipped texture to it!!! And the coconut caramel is soooooo yummy. Iโd make it for other recipes in a heartbeat ๐
