“I think I’d like to go to the Grand Canyon.”

“I don’t know. I mean, love exists but I don’t know if there’s some magical person out there in the world that’s perfect for me, or for anyone else for that matter. Love is mostly a matter of timing.”

“Uh, yeah, I guess so. I wandered into town about four years ago without realizing that I wouldn’t be able to leave again.” He explained as they rounded a corner. “What made you work at the gym?” He asked.
Quinn shrugged, “They had a job opening and the people who work there don’t bother me as much as a lot of the other people in town. What about you?”

“Well, we at least have something in common. That’s a start.” He spoke with a small roll of his shoulders as they walked. “So, how long have you been in this town?” He asked to make conversation as they went.
Quinn shrugged, “My whole life, unfortunately. I take it you’re relatively new here then.”

Felix rolled his eyes once more, but gave a small chuckle. “That’s a good idea. Depending on the day, I can either be much nicer or much more of an ass.” He hummed out.
Quinn shrugged, “I could say the same of myself to be completely honest.”
