Earlier this month, our dear friend Jim Pappas passed away suddenly. We had plans to go to Jim’s house on November 20th for what would have been a marvellous homemade meal - but the world had other plans. @kentnerjulie and I (along with @kurtiskowalke and @dutchwess) still kept that dinner date, and went out to @raeandjerrys (which we’re sure would have been a Jim-approved venue) for a night to remember and honour Jim… And he was, in a way, with us. Julie is wearing a coat she had custom-made, with input from Jim and his impeccable fashion sense. I’m wearing a vintage cashmere sweater Jim gave to me earlier this year, which I will treasure always. It was an evening full of laughter, tears, and reminiscing.
