can you imagine how terrifying it must have been to stumble across Yellowstone without any idea of its existence? like there's nothing around because you're in Wyoming but in the distance you see what seems to be a handful of camp or signal fires so you head towards them. it starts smelling a bit sulfur-y and suddenly there's hot water coming from the ground, there's ponds of all sorts of colors, and sometimes water just spurts from seemingly random places? absolutely wild. it was unnerving for me and i understand the science (kinda)

i didn’t have a bucket list for the longest time and i still don’t have a written list. but over the last year i have found myself slowly accumulating a mental collection of places i want to visit and things i want to do
i don’t know if this is an age thing or a “i finally see myself existing beyond the immediate future” thing but it’s kinda awesome? it’s also for sure part of a strategy to give yourself something to look forward to
like right now i don’t have the funds to travel internationally (or even get a passport) but one day i will and when that happens i plan on attending an AFC Wimbledon game. and im so damn excited for that day. so give yourself something to look forward to, even if it’s aspirational it feels good to have “ideas of a plan”

i just wanted to say as someone who came out as genderqueer in 2011, you are in no way obligated to switch from using "older" other gender terms to newer ones like nonbinary. it's okay if you like the term nonbinary, but it's also okay if you'd rather stick with something else instead, like neutrois, genderqueer, genderless, boygirl, multigender, or whatever else your preferred term may be. use what suits you
It’s also okay if your personal definition of a label doesn’t match the “official” definition. If you are a trans man but you like the term lesbian for yourself, you go for it! If you like the term bi more than pan but the definition of pan more than bi, use whatever label makes you feel at home!
Labels are for understanding yourself and expressing it. They aren’t strict boxes, in fact they’re actually made to be exactly the opposite. Labels in the queer (or LGBTQ+ if you prefer) community are meant to be freeing not restrictive.
