you know you've been around too long when you see a recommended blog and you're like 'oh wow they're still around!'
when you find out you’ve been rping/talking with the same person unknowingly, across three muse platforms
You don’t understand how important this is to me… >.< (x)
Camelot was built on trust, and loyalty. It will never be defeated, as long we stay true to those ideals.
Arthur Pendragon, S03E07.
No one talks about Arthur's booty and that's a shame. He really has a damn fine booty.

Surprise sticks to his features, lips separating apart in Arthur’s honest words given so openly to such a man as Percival. He was no more than a commoner. Lived his life toiling fields, working small jobs in the village for extra coin he knew nothing of nobility or the running of a kingdom.
“Does a King listen to the words of the one that came before…. or the voices of his people?” He mused he could not admit that the actions of Uther’s spirit did not surprise him. The Knight could never respect a King who needlessly murdered children.
They have been through enough together that Arthur no longer thinks of Percival as anything less than a friend, a fellow man-at-arms. In earlier days, he might have given credence to his long-taught discriminations, the ideologies that he’d been raised with. But although he didn’t know it, spending as much time as he did with Merlin had rubbed off on him, and he was more open to dismissing his teachings to accept what was before him.
A sigh passed his lips as he prepared his answer, knowing that what he said would be important for Percival to hear, and for himself to try to believe. “I believe a good King listens to both,” he began, carefully. “A good King must be able to listen to as many people, as many kinds of people as he is able. My father didn’t listen to many, and I saw that he made the wrong decisions many times. He hurt people.” A pause, then the new King continued. “I do not wish to hurt people. I do not wish to alienate my people, I love them far too much for that.” Here the explanation ended, for Arthur did not know how to continue, and so he simply stopped.
He looked up at the prince eyes opening with a silent snap, still scared for his life. He didn’t understand, why did Arthur want to help. It was one think when he didn’t have magic, or at least he didn’t know, but he did now. That changed things, by law he deserved death now.
He shook his head, he spoke very unsure of himself, speaking was always harder for him, “But— I-I have magic.” He sounded like he was going to cry.
Arthur slowed, panting as he leaned over, balancing his hands against his knees. He put a hand up to make the boy wait for him. “Look -- I don’t think you can do much to hurt anyone.” Lifting his head, he let his hand fall past his sword, letting it simply hang there instead.
“I don’t -- I don’t believe that you could hurt someone. And I should have said it earlier.” But he’d been scared of what his actions could do. “Is there somewhere we can hide? There are soldiers on their way.” Here, the forest, it was no longer his playing ground. And he hoped, that by putting the power in the druid child’s hands, he might give the boy some reason to trust him.
