Any chance of a Garfield t-shirt/vest?

I would love to put the Garfield drawings on a t-shirt but I have no idea if that sort of thing is a copyright violation. If someone can show me a way to do it WITHOUT getting a cease and desist letter from the Garfield copyright owners I'm all for it

What kind or drawing pens and tools do you use for your drawings like the Creepy-Ass Garfields

I only have an old bamboo tablet and paint tool sai. I usually use the pencil with paper texture
