A permanent line drawn in the sand as his own brother, his only family left, rips the last memento from their mother off his neck and leaves him for dead in this mad bid for power.

Ninja Theory Dante getting Devil Trigger: Literally breaks the last chain that locked away his childhood memories of what really happened to his mother and how he ended up alone. An image of his late mother apologizes for not being able to protect him and hopes this power grants him the freedom he's been hunting for his whole life.
