No more than 600 calories per day.
NO BINGING!!!!
No drinking your calories. Only water/tea/coffee/diet sodas allowed.
Fast at least one day a week minimum.
Weigh every day. Record weight in bullet journal.
Take multivitamins every day.
Brush teeth every day. If your body isn’t perfect, your smile should be.
Always have nails painted. If they start to chip, remove and paint again.
Never show negative emotion to others. Only let them see you happy.
Read or listen to music for an hour a day. Spend some time away from your phone.
Dress as trendy as you can. Never leave the house looking a mess.
Keep bedroom/house/apartment clean at all times.
Do some form of exercise every day, even if it’s something small.
STAY HYDRATED!!!
Moisturize and practice proper skin care.
Limit fast food to once a week if at all.

50 calorie double chocolate cookies
Not only they taste exactly the same as the regular double chocolate cookies, but the serving size is very decent. From what I remember, we have the exact same kind of cookies in my country, but they are like 100 calorie for a smaller one, and their fiber content is pathetic compared to those

For 2 cookies:
4 tsp of oats
2 tsp of spelt flour
3 ½ tsp of oat fiber
1 ½ tsp of cocoa
3-4 tsp of erythritol (depending on how sweet you want them)
A pinch of baking powder
6-10 tsp of water (depending on how crunchy or chewy you want them. I used 9 tsp to make them chewy on the inside, but crunchy on the outside)
I used 10 grams of 85% dark chocolate for chocolate chunks, but I think that step can be skipped, as the cocoa gives rich chocolate flavour (not adding chocolate chunks saves 28 calories for each cookie)
Combine dry ingredients except for chocolate chunks) and add water – I recommend adding it by 2-3 tsp, mixing it well and adding more until the desired texture is achieved. Crunchy cookies come from firm dough, a bit bready, and chewy cookies come from a batter-ish one, this one you can pour on the parchment paper. To devide chocolate evenly, I suggest sticking chocolate chunks chopped up with a knife directly in the cookies ready to bake (on a tray)
Form two cookies on the parchment paper and bake in 200°C for about 15 minutes
Protip: works just fine as a one giant 100 calorie cookie
