It's the first time I'm hearing it! i made a new test tumblr to see if I run into the issue too but I was able to follow myself I'm sorry about that i dunno what's going on ( ;´ - `;)!! I tried looking it up and saw it might be that there's a limit to how many accounts you follow (5k is the max tumblr allows) or if you're on a side account you can't follow other blogs ummmm... I definitely don't have anyone blocked except two bots that post dangerous links and I don't have a custom theme (˃̣̣̥ᯅ˂̣̣̥)! !
