Born into poverty within the obscure Yami clan, Kane’s childhood was shaped by neglect and instability. His mother suffered from severe mental illness, while his father, a former samurai that did little to protect him. Inherent to Kane’s bloodline was the Kanshigan, a dormant third eye set in the center of his forehead that was meant to awaken gradually as he matured. At age 5, Kane’s parents sold him to a shady organization posing as a refuge for sick children. In reality, the facility was a brutal experimental ring that subjected Kane to years of abuse in an attempt to forcibly awaken his third eye. Driven to his limit, Kane eventually took out his captors and escaped, only to be captured by Orochimaru, Orochimaru’s ruthless testing forced the Kanshigan to open when Kane was 12, but the sheer physical and mental shock shattered Kane’s mind. Going entirely berserk, he was forced into a straitjacket and kept under heavy restraint. Beyond unlocking his visual jutsu, Orochimaru also did numerous other experiments on Kane, making Kanes chakra levels on a high scale at a young age being one of many. At age 15, Kabuto deemed kane stable enough to live in the Otogakure town. Kane was a volatile edge case, but he managed to pass evaluation. Deep down, Kane hated living in the sound, and desperately wished to run away to find his parents, but two people gave him a reason to stay. Kane formed a friendship with Kanade Yakushi and Osmo Myoga. Kane fell head over heels for Osmo, though it came with intense jealousy and self-doubt. Osmo was a shameless flirt being the wanna-be-dj he was, making Kane feel like he could never win his heart. Osmo spent months pursuing Kanade, who eventually agreed to one disastrous date just to shut him up. unbeknownst to Osmo, Kanade only liked girls. After the failed date, a heartbroken Kane confided his true feelings about Osmo to Kanade. With her support, Kane finally reached out, and within a week, he and Osmo began secretly dating, bonding over their shared feelings of inadequacy. At age 17 Kane finally stepped out of the shadows. he and Osmo are officially out and publicly dating. Kane still suffers from his past trauma and forever holds a hatred for Orochimaru for putting him through that, but Kanes puts up with orochimaru for him being kanades father. Kane helps the orphans in the otogakure by teaching and giving them food or what they need seeing himself in them.

Hokomaru Yūbokumin, arrived at Otogakure seeking ancient jutsus alongside her clan and her husband Ryo Kazuki. However, Orochimaru saw the Yūbokumin clan not as guests, but as fresh material for his research. Orochimaru in fact hated the clan for taking the jutsu that he couldn’t get. When Orochimaru tested on Ryo, Ryo was discarded and killed in the cold depths of the lab after showing no viable kekkei genkai, Hokomaru then fell into complete despair after finding out her husband is dead and finding out she is pregnant. Confined to her cell and unwilling to let her unborn child suffer a life of experimentation, she cast a dangerous forbidden suicide jutsu intended to end both her life and her fetus during labor. Hokomaru passed away immediately after giving birth but against all odds, the infant survived. Surprised by the baby’s instinct to live, Orochimaru considered using the newborn as a fresh blank-slate test subject. But Kabuto Yakushi age 18 already Orochimaru's trusted partner Recognizing the child's potential, Kabuto convinced Orochimaru that they both should adopt her together. They both granted her the Yakushi name, claiming her as their own daughter. Growing up in the dark hideouts of Otogakure, kanade idolized Kabuto and called him “papa” As early as ages 3 to 6, she begged to learn medical ninjutsu to be just like him. It was during this early childhood that she met Lady Hekubi. Originally bred by Orochimaru as a utility and messenger snake a creature designed to transport tools, scrolls, and messages between Otonin. By ages 12–14, kanade mastered baseline medical ninjutsu under Kabuto's guidance and officially became an Otonin. When Orochimaru brought her to make a summoning contract expecting her to reach for giant, aggressive beasts kanade summoned Hekubi without hesitation. The contract had unknowingly been bound a decade prior. While kanade desperately wanted to participate in the Konoha Chūnin Exams to prove her growth, she lacked an official three-person genin team. Forced to stay behind at the hideout, Her world shattered when Orochimaru returned from the invasion with his arms entirely sealed by the Third Hokage. Devastated by her father's suffering, kanade spent days trying every medical blend and salve she knew to ease his pain. Touched by her genuine devotion, Orochimaru let her sit by his side, deeply enjoying her comforting presence. Soon after, the Sound 5 made it back alive from their mission to retrieve Sasuke Uchiha. However, Orochimaru had already been forced into a temporary replacement vessel to survive his dead arms. Because Sasuke was brought in after the host switch, kanade and Kabuto had to put Sasuke under heavy genjutsu and sedatives to wipe his recent memories and knock him unconscious. They sealed Sasuke inside a nutrient-rich incubation tank in the deep labs, keeping him preserved until Orochimaru’s body was ready to absorb him properly. Three years passed. Now a formidable teenager, kanade wanted a deeper, biological connection to the two men who raised her. Under a delicate ritual, Orochimaru and Kabuto each infused a portion of their own chakra into a seal placed on the back of kanades neck. Mastering this dual-father chakra seal took months of brutal, grueling discipline. During the outbreak of the Great Ninja War, a surviving faction of the Yūbokumin clan those who were left behind by hokomaru years ago allied with the Leaf Village to seek revenge for what happened to their clan. When the conflict erupted, Enraged by the Yūbokumin clan's attempt to destroy the home her fathers built, kanade faced her biological mother’s clan on the battlefield. Driven by deep hatred for the clan that praised her mother, she unleashed her dual-chakra seal “Murasaki Snake Chakra” The dense, chaotic purple aura surged through her body, turning her relentless and wild in combat. Kanade single-handedly wiped out the remaining Yūbokumin clan. At age 17, the battle finally ended and kanade now lives in the hideout with her girlfriend Melanie hatsuko.
